This collaboration focuses on creating an ideal learning environment for ITK students, especially regarding ERP software.
This collaboration aims to encourage students to master various useful disciplines when entering the world of work. Also, to provide support for one of the new programs of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia, namely Merdeka Belajar – Kampus Merdeka. In achieving better learning methods, it is essential to improve the national education system.
HashMicro, as one of the ERP solution providers in Indonesia, HashMicro also participated in the plan by providing practical lessons for ITK students. They can learn more about ERP software because of its wide usage. Many topics make the system difficult to understand on a self-taught basis.
“The material is vital, but students generally cannot develop the skills needed while on campus. We want to help them learn ERP software directly from one of Indonesia’s best ERP developers, HashMicro. Students can gain useful insights into software development and implementation. After graduation, they will have the skills most needed to work in a software development company or a business that requires an ERP solution. “Said Lusiana Lu, HashMicro’s Business Development Director.
In 2018, the global ERP software market value was the US $ 35.81 billion and was projected to reach US $ 78.40 billion by 2026. This growth positively affects the demand for a professional workforce with the required skills. Therefore, the ERP industry is seen as a promising future for students who wish to focus on the technology sector.
Learning ERP software requires a lot of expertise, such as accounting and inventory, such as accounting and inventory. On another side, there are also technical skills such as programming and software development. Not to mention the implementation process and ways to solve problems in the system that may occur in the future.
Through this collaboration, HashMicro is committed to developing the Indonesian education system, especially in information technology. HashMicro aims to increase the availability of talent with the required skills. In line with the Ministry of Education and Culture’s goals, the HashMicro program will provide a better learning opportunity and environment for ITK students. Besides, HashMicro also continues to collaborate with several other universities.
