These Terms of Service are a general website and service-use framework. Product-specific agreements, order forms, statements of work, and data-processing terms take precedence where they apply.

By accessing or using a HashMicro website, submitting a form, requesting a demonstration, downloading a resource, or using a HashMicro service, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must be legally able to enter into an agreement in your jurisdiction. If you use a service for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to the applicable terms.

3. Accounts and submitted information

You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for the accuracy of information you submit. Do not impersonate another person, create an account through automated abuse, or submit information that you do not have the right to provide.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use HashMicro services to violate law or third-party rights, probe or disrupt systems, distribute malware or unsolicited messages, bypass access controls, scrape protected areas, or interfere with another user’s access. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, services, or security.

5. Content and intellectual property

HashMicro and its licensors retain rights in the websites, software, documentation, trademarks, designs, and other materials we provide. Subject to these terms and any applicable licence, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use those materials for their intended business purpose. You retain rights in information and content you submit, while granting us the limited rights needed to operate and improve the requested service.

Some features may connect to third-party services or contain links operated by others. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. HashMicro is not responsible for third-party availability, content, or practices.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue a feature to maintain security, comply with law, or improve the service. We will take reasonable steps to preserve user access and communicate material changes when appropriate. Website information is provided for general information and does not replace a signed commercial agreement.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, services are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, HashMicro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of a website or service.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using a service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, non-payment under a commercial agreement, or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including intellectual-property, confidentiality, disclaimers, and dispute provisions, will survive termination.
