Salah satu strategi yang dapat diterapkan adalah wave picking. Wave picking adalah metode pengambilan pesanan yang mengelompokkan pesanan-pesanan ke dalam &#8220;gelombang&#8221; berdasarkan faktor seperti tanggal jatuh tempo, ukuran pesanan, dan ketersediaan produk.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prieds.com\/post\/wave-picking-pengertian-cara-kerja-kelebihan-dan-implementasinya\">wave picking<\/a>, pesanan-pesanan diambil secara simultan oleh staf gudang menggunakan alat pengambilan dan sistem barcode. Wave picking menggunakan sistem manajemen gudang (WMS) untuk memisahkan pesanan ke dalam gelombang-gelombang yang efisien.
