On Monday, 10 May 2021, HashMicro and Kalbis Institute signed the memorandum of understanding at the Kalbis Institute, East Jakarta. The signing process was represented by Lusiana Lu as HashMicro’s Business Development Director and Budi Kurniawan M.A., M.Ak., as Chair of the Kalbis Institute Accounting Study Program.
Through this collaboration, HashMicro is committed to increasing the availability of talent for the skills needed in the information technology field in Indonesia, especially related to ERP software.
This memorandum of understanding includes cooperation that aims to provide learning facilities that can assist the learning activities of Kalbis Institute students and students. HashMicro, as an ERP software provider company, will lend its own EQUIP accounting system to be used as part of the learning module.
According to Lusiana Lu, companies engaged in various business industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, Food and Beverages, and many more can use the EQUIP accounting system. Therefore, this software is one of the most suitable learning modules for students, which can also be adjusted according to their individual needs.
In addition, there are also opportunities for students and female students to carry out an internship program at HashMicro. Internships are a great way to apply knowledge from the classroom to real-world experiences. This opportunity provides students with experience in the career field they wish to pursue and provides the soft skills needed in the workplace.
In addition, HashMicro and the Kalbis Institute also agreed to hold programs or events such as webinars on educational topics or open students’ insights about the world of work, especially working in the field of technology ERP.
HashMicro is very enthusiastic about this collaboration and will make the best contribution to providing quality learning media for students together with Kalbis.
